The biggest problem the Bucs face in the future is that any good players on the Bucs roster will want out when their contract is up. No one enjoys playing for a loser and when their contract is up, they will go the free agent route and sign with another team. As a result the Bucs will need to draft players to fill the gaps left by departing free agents.
