Justin Evans loafing?

Saw it in his college games and it showed up tonight. J. Evans completely half assed on the Cole punt return. Not a good punt by Anger but I saw Evans basically taking that play off which allowed a huge return. If he's going to be a back up and a special teamer I'm going to need him to play with his head on fire whenever he gets on that field. I see the upside with this kid I really do, but I don't think any of us can condone a rookie playing with that lack of effort.
