not me.Glennons numbers project a lot better than Kaps. Kap is in his second season and Glennon is in his Rookie.Glennon is a traditional pocket passer. As a run first read option QB, Kap will never have consistent NFL success.

Kaepernick does not suck. Clearly you don't watch many 49er games. He is not asked to win games with his arm. We are finally healthy at the WR position and I expect us to pass the ball with more confidence now. I respect the Bucs and believe they will give my 9ers a run for thier money but ultimately I see the 49ers coming out on top. 49ers 28Bucs - 17

The OP would also rather have Mike Glennon than RG3.I wouldn't take his posts too seriously.

Kap may have his limitations, but he also did the the most important things on the biggest stages in the game.  Glennon has yet to put the dagger in and close out a weak team.  He needs to take the next step.  If I'm a coach, I know that I can win the big games with Kap at QB.  At best I hope I can win those games with Glennon.

OP watches more than the ESPN highlight reels.RGIII-13 GP, 456 attempts, 60.1%, 3,203 yds, 16 TD-12 INT, 6 Fumbles, 82.2 Rating--->second year playerKap-13 GP, 332 attempts, 57%, 2,487 yds, 16 TDs, 8 INT, 3 Fumbles 87.0 RTG---->Third year playerMike Glennon 10 GP 315 Attempts 60.6%, 2,052 YDS, 15 TD 7 INT, 2 fumbles 86.4 RTG

>Rookie QB His projections are somewhere around Andrew Luck's rookie season stats for some perspective.

SF has elite talent around him. They have the ability to make playoff runs with all that talent. They wont win a super bowl with Kap at the helm.

They came within a few seconds and a few yards of winning the last one with him and you make a statement like that?

I have watched basically every NFL game this year. Wife is a 9 er fan so I watch every full 9 er game.Randy Moss, Delaney Walker, are no longer with the team. Manningham has been injured, and Crabtree as well. Rookie WR Patton......injured. Vernon Davis has missed time with concussion. Anquan Boldin, the best possession receiver in all football is the only weapon that Kap has been able to rely on all year. But one possession receiver is not enough to drive an entire passing game. More than anything, that up there is why Kap is having a bad year. He has been exposed and he is seeing the rush this year instead of seeing the play develop. This is what happens when you are playing your 4th 5th and 6th string WRs. They aren't getting open and teams are definitely playing contain on Kap.So there you have it. Now that Crabtree is back, that offense is going to come back to life. But Kap is the same guy from last year. The difference this year is his receivers aren't getting open and there are not much running lanes for him once the play breaks down. Another thing is that Harbaugh is definitely saving some stuff for the playoffs. I think you are going to see a lot more of the read option misdirection stuff that Seattle has been running all year out of the 9ers come playoff time. As well as the standard Harbaugh game planning, which is top notch.Anyone who has watched the games can easily see that Kap isn't the issue with the 9ers offense. He is basically dealing with the Bucs 2011 WR scenario. You may want to start there for what your definition of QB suck really is.
