I know that many want to say bye to Brate. I think they can extend his contract for relatively small dollars...making this year cap hit around $1.5 million. Brate has been dependable...can’t say the same for some other TEs. Why not keep him...he wants to stay in Tampa, helps the team, and has shown flexibility with compensation.
