What does Dirk have to do to stick around? I think he’s got to take a step back and let Monken call plays/hire an OC. I also think he also has to fire Mike Smith and/or show he has the nugs to step into the defensive meeting rooms and demand more aggression. This team has got to keep its composure and put a legitimate effort out there on Sundays. I also think it is time to bench Donovan Smith and anyone else who doesn’t want to show up on sundays.
