Assuming we have a much-improved, dare I say DOMINANT, pass rush this season, I think the major question mark not yet answered on D is "can we stop opponents' TEs from killing us on 3rd down with our LBs and Ss?". Essentially, all the Ss (5) on our roster are SSs, not ball-hawking FSs. And Foster at MLB, no matter how ya cut it, is still slow for a MLB, in coverage. Other than that, I like what we have on D, at least on paper.     Offensively, I don't think we'll be that effective for at least the first half of the season. A huge key will be our running game. Adding Mankins and Dietrich-Smith could keep us in games early in the season just pounding the rock. We obviously have pass-blocking challenges ahead of us. Our O'line is NEW together, and if Lovie really thinks an O'line can play well without TIME playing together, his idea of "playing well" and mine are very different. I'd say he holds very low standards on O'line play... Eager to see Tedford's REAL offense!    Whether our STs are good enough to make a difference in a game remains to be seen. Again, so many new people, it'll take time to come together. Encouraged by adding Patton!
