Kiper was on ESPN this week and said that his mock was based on "some" discussions he had with "some" NFL personnel people and that putting Manziel at the top was based on how those discussions averaged out in the grading. My question was what NFL personnel person would actually reveal how the viewed a player to anyone outside of their team?
