Koetter Confident Bucs Can Continue Winning WaysMatt SteinOct 14, 2015 4:39pmVIDEO LINKThe Buccaneers offense finally showed what it's capable of when its at least almost clicking on all cylinders, and there's seemingly no better way to head into a bye week than with a win.If it was up to offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter, though, he'd have this week pushed back a little bit further."We've got momentum, I'd probably rather keep playing," he said. "The flipside of it is you can always use the time off and we'll definitely get some guys back."Regardless, Koetter said the way the team is feeling now is "a good place to be going into the bye [week]."One thing the offense was able to do for the first time this season was score on their opening drive, which gave them a 3-0 lead they would carry through the first quarter. Not falling behind early not only allowed the defense to relax a bit more and be more aggressive, but also allowed the offense to carry out the gameplan they came in with.Koetter said falling behind early prevents them from doing so, and avoiding turnovers was a huge part of why they were able to avoid doing so.The offense relied on the running backs - Doug Martin and Charles Sims - in both the run and pass game, but that doesn't mean they can't win with their other two weapons on the outside, wide receivers Vincent Jackson and Mike Evans."I remain confident that we can win whichever way we have to do it, whether it's running or throwing," Koetter said."It was great execution by the players more than anything."link
