Koetter has tried to reach out to Lovie Smith

I heard Ron Diaz say on 620 this morning that Dirk Koetter has tried to reach out to Lovie Smith since he became the Bucs HC and Lovie is not returning his calls. The subject came up when discussing how Tom Coughlin has been seen around the Giants facility and he is still speaking with Ben McAdoo. And don't give me that Coughlin resigned BS.
