CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reports Bucs brass is "increasingly sold" on Florida State QB Jameis Winston as the No. 1 overall pick."This isn't a Tampa smokescreen," La Canfora adds. Signs continue to point to Winston being the first player off the board next month with the rest of the first round remaining unclear. We've seen Oregon QB Marcus Mariota going as high as No. 2 overall to possibly even dropping out of the top 10. Winston interviewed extremely well at the Combine, has the size (6'4/231), and played in a pro-style offense at FSU. It would be a huge upset if the Bucs went a different direction.
