Most of us already know this but this prevented the Bucs form being a 10+ winning team. This is a process so it's going to take time but the fact the Bucs managed to win 9 games despite not having a reliable running game, poor OL play, and non threatening wr talent is VERY encouraging.

The defense took a step forward this season thanks to philosophical changes and the addition/development of a few players (Tandy, Spence, Grimes, etc). Continued additions of talent on this side of the ball must be continued however, it should not be overlooked just because the Bucs experienced improvement.

The offense has to likewise experience improvement during the off-season.

1) RT must get fixed via FA or the draft. Even if a RT is picked up during FA, another one should be drafted as well. Talent and depth along the interior can be improved as well.

2) The RB core has to be nuked. It's time for the Bucs to start over here. Luckily for the Bucs this RB class is one of the deepest in a very long time.

3) IMO 2 other young and talented WRs must be brought in. One via FA and another via the draft. I would prefer that both of these wrs are burners but the addition of 1 of these wrs fitting that description would be more than fine.

1) Evans
2) FA
3) draft pick
4) Humphries
5) Sheppard

This would be ideal
