offensive line seems pretty weak to me.
We have a potential HOF with Tristan Wirfs and not much else.
Ryan Jensen is a solid piece but in his age 32 season, coming off huge injury, how will he perform?
Those are the two hold overs from the elite offensive line of 2020, 2021. We then have Nick Leverett, Luke Goedeke, Matt Feiler, Robert Hainsey, Brandan Waltan, Aaron Stinnie. To me, these are all "just another guy" s. Offensive tackle seems like a huge need and almost a must in the first round.
Leverett is a stud. He's a victim of draft bias right now. That should wear off this season. Hainsey is better than Jensen right now.
PFTs one and only mock has the Bucs taking Robinson. So Robinson could definitely be drafted in the range where the Bucs are drafting. If he's there, that would be a good opportunity to trade down with somebody who wants to take him. The question I have is.... why not take Bijan Robinson if he's there at 19? This isn't a top ten pick, it's pick 19. In Seattle they had a player named Marshawn Lynch. If you could get Marshawn Lynch with the 19th pick I'm pretty sure we'd be in agreement to go ahead with that. If you can get a Saquan Barkley/Derrick Henry/Zeke Ellliot type of back at 19 shouldn't you do it? "They" say he's the best RB since Barkley. If the Bucs think that, why should they pass on him?The Bucs have not given out any clues, but the one curious visit was Bijan Robinson. He only visited two teams and the Bucs were one of them. I don't think the Bucs would bring him in for no reason. I think the reason is to make other teams think they need to move up to get him, possibly trading with the Bucs. That could be a sign the Bucs are trying to trade down. It's a stretch, but the question remains why was the Bucs one of only two teams to bring in Bijan Robinson?
Bottom line: If Bijan Robinson falls to 19 I highly doubt he falls any further, and don't be surprised at all if he is a Buccaneer in 2023.
Even if RB Robinson has the potential to be a great NFL RB, even he would need the offensive line to open up some holes for him to run through. Something the Bucs offensive line was incapable of doing last season.

Cause everyone and their brother was in the box.

No.
For the Bijan camp. Did you not watch Cadillac Williams blow out both knees in consecutive years then undrafted Earnest Graham run wild when the line was good after they invested draft capital into it?
OT or BPA, that simple ….. and if hooker is BPA then hooker
I an starting to like Anton Harrison. He seems pretty smooth and athletic on his tape even compared to the oline above him. He played at Okla and they have been putting out good linemen under Their Oline coach that has been there for 12 years . Anton said he worked out with Orlando brown and other alumns and followed them around like a puppy dog asking questions to O brown, I like that!
If you look at those recent big workhorse first round picks they have been pretty successful. Elliot, Gurley, Harris, Barkley, Fournette, Jacobs. These big backs need to be reckoned with by defenses regardless of their yards per carry. It would be a different type of offense than we have seen in Tampa Bay in forever, but I'm just saying don't be shocked. For the Bijan camp. The more I think about the Bucs draft strategy the more I agree with the others. The front seven of the defense needs an infusion of youth and the OL has to be addressed. Obviously adding to the TE, WR and RB groups would be nice but at this point the Bucs don't have enough draft ammo to really cover so many needs. And those are not the only needs as the Bucs still need a nickel CB and depth at safety.
Sure the Bucs could draft a kicker but I really, really hope Licht does NOT do that. The value of having another TE, S, or RB outweighs a rookie kicker considering that undrafted rookie kickers are pretty close in value to the projected drafted kickers.

Zeke- Great OL, bad second contract
Gurley- Rams cut him when he was 25. This is a terrible example.
Harris- Too early.
Barkley- Torn ACL, good year but after the Giants drafted tackles high. Giants do not want to pay him.
Fournette- Jaguars cut him when he was 25. Got fat and has one foot out of the league at 28.
Jacobs- Went crazy in contract year. Good luck with that.
I've seen a couple or so mock drafts (Yahoo Sports, Sports Illustrated) that have the Bucs selecting Anthony Richardson in the first round. If that happens, I will be FireLicht II.
I'm just thankful PR isn't in the war room.
These guys are so bad with whom we should pick.
So I am now a hard pass on the Oklahoma kid in the first.
Still a hard pass on RB or TE.
I can live with the Iowa LB.
Praying Nolan Smith or a top OT falls.
Fine with trading back if someone wants to trade up for Bijan.
Just... whatever PR says, stay away from.

Legit loled... Then we should find a way to draft another LSU LB. Just make it happen somehow
