It's true Blount is only playing now because the other Pats backs got fumblitis.They all had success though. The Pats have a good run blocking line and the threat of Brady keeps teams from bringing an extra man in the box. It's not like Blount is doing anything special that no other back could do in that offense.Ridley is actually the better back , but is in the doghhouse.
Ridley is much better at getting me what I want my run game to get me...consistent yards. Blount is as we all know a much more boom and bust player down in and down out. I'd rather have a RB get me 100 yards on 25 4 yard carries than 100 yards on 1 76 yard carry and 24 1 yard carries.
