Legit Number 2 Receiver

Wondering if there is a player of the practice squad of another team that can bolster our WR corp with a legit shot to make it as a contributor.  Frankly, Dye, Humphries, Shepard  have NO shot at being anything more than complementary receivers.I was hoping that Stefon Diggs would have fallen to the Bucs in Round 5 (where the team picked Kenny Bell).I liked Dez Lewis in the 2015 Draft.  He was a 7th rounder and went to Buffalo (practice squad) and is a 6'4" receiver that has similar physical traits to Mike Evans.Why not take a flyer on someone with big upside going into the final weeks of the season?
