Well, it's about time for a discussion about our God awful OL, and what the Bucs can do about it in the 2015 NFL draft.First, I am going to list the players whom I like. If you have a player who you like, go ahead and throw the name out here. All of the players on my list have been scouted. I have watched a good bit of film on them all.These are players who I am expecting to be able to play NFL football. There is no Kadeem Edwards on this list. These are legit players, not long-term projects.I must warn you ahead of time, if you are trying to match the players from this list up with any of the other lists out there you will probably be confused. That is because there are a few players who are extremely overrated in my opinion.LT:1) Ereck Flowers - Miami2) La 'el Collins - LSUThese are the only guys who I believe has the ability to play LT in the NFL. If you want to draft either of these guys you had better make your selection quickly, as I dont expect either of them to fall outside of the top-20. As a Buc fan, we are rolling with Dotson on the left, so we are not expecting to draft one of these guys.RT:1) Rob Havenstein - Wisconsin2) Donovan Smith - Penn StateI really like both of these players. Obviously, I believe they are RT material in the NFL. I have both of these guys rated quite highly. I am expecting them to both be off the board by mid-2nd round at the latest. As a Bucs fan, we desperately need one of these players.OG - C:Arie Kouandjio - AlabamaAJ Cann - South CarolinaDarryl Williams - OklahomaCameron Erving - FSUChristian Lombard - Notre DameAdam Shead - OklahomaJamon Brown - LouisvilleHere you have a bit of a mixed bag. Some of these guys are college guards, some play tackle, but the one thing they all have in common is that their feet are not quick enough to play OT in the NFL. As a Bucs fan, I am guessing most of these guys will probably be gone by the end of round 3 and a lot can also happen to drop their stock as well, but some of these guys could still be around after that. Particularly the bottom three on the list.List of players I dont like. I have been a bit concerned with some of the rumors about who the Bucs like at the Senior Bowl. My advice to the Buccaneers, or any other NFL team who likes one of these guys is to go back and watch their film. They may be killing the workouts but please dont let that be your main guide. Just because someone makes this list it doesnt mean that they are doomed for failure. It does mean that they have an uphill climb to make it. They are likely going to be project players, who are not very far along in their development, or they simply have limited skills. I have scouted them all, but the players on this list I did not spend a great deal of time on because, well, they are just bad.
