All of Licht's offseason acquisitions. Considering he signed 27 players in 4 seasons and we ended up with 6 solid players out of all of them and almost as many dumpster fires, he really did poorly in this area. I think we all can agree his draft picks are just as spotty. Agree/disagree where players were placed?
