Well Vrabel has poor clock managment so no surprise there. Bellicheck got rid of his as did McVay (I believe).
Still doesn't excuse that lacking skill. Those other coaches sans Vrabel won super bowls and bring skills elsewhere.
Bowles used to be a really good d coordinator but the league figured him out.
