How would the season turn out of the defense wasn't Swiss cheese and gave up multiple game winning or game tying drives consistently.
I'd have to go back and look but I think the only late game stop we got was the David pick vs Atlanta. Which was followed by 2 abysmal defense drives.
The stop vs Carolina in OT was an absolute miracle punch out but I guess we can count that even tho the offense saved the defense with 30 seconds left.
The cowboys game there was a late stop because Vea had insane instincts and covered the flat as freaking DT.
So we got 1 stop. 1 punch out miracle. 1 DT in the flat miracle.
That combined with being something like 3rd least in forced punts and 2nd least in forced turnovers... While the offense owned the TOP, and was top 3 in scoring and yardage.
