You had to manually delete out the factual data I provided.
The only clown shoes narrative is you idiots blaming Bowles for everything.
I didn't need to delete your typical cherry-picked "data".
And, it's comical that you are calling out people for "blaming Bowles for everything", when all you did this past season was go on your usual estrogen-fueled rants about anything and everything regarding Coen.
Irony at its finest. All with you wearing the big red nose and makeup.
It was a terrible post.
No it wasn't.
It just doesn't fit your predictable clown shoes narrative.
The irony of his posts is how much better the offense was than the defense and his desire to shit on Coen and defend Bowles to no end.
The offense scored PLENTY in the Atlanta game and the defense could have just come up with a stop in regulation or overtime but did neither. Falcons had like 30 seconds to get in FG range and they did it with zero resistance.
The Niners game we were missing all of our playmakers and still managed to tie it up and hand it back to the defense. I do agree the play calling in the red zone was weak but again we're missing Evans and Godwin (both hurt due to Bowles stupidity).
JC pretends to be the smartest person in the room but he's the king of cherry picking stats/data and sprinkling in anecdotal evidence... And taking small sample sizes and equating them to large numbers
Also....and nobody can know for certain, but I'm quite certain Bowles is asking Coen to play conservative in play calling down the stretch of these games.
It could be Coen, but based on each of their nature's I'm inclined to think Bowles is saying play it safe...
The David pick inside the two minute warning doesn't count as a stop, but I'm the one cherry picking stats because I bring up the trend nobody wants to talk about: the offense IMPLODED in multiple critical situations from the Lions game to the playoff loss. The McMillan fumble and Barton botched snap were not outliers.

Like Canales was being forced to run the ball
The offense definitely plays a role in a couple losses (including the playoff game) but the defense was awful
i am only saying that some of the defensive struggles is absence of talent
only on the Red Board would that be controversial lol. Nestled in among multiple PR articles calling for a defensive overhaul and quotes from the GM saying the same

The undisputed king.
Cosplaying as a GM and too much of a sackless chickenshit to address being called out on it.

Jesus Christ, give it a rest.
Outside of one or two posters, nobody is downplaying it.
The majority are calling out his ineptitude with basic HC duties/responsibilities.
nobody is downplaying it.
come on man, all season long it was downplayed. Threads about it lol.
It wasn’t “downplayed”.
Both sides of the ball suffered significant injuries (2 on offense were Todd’s fault).
One coordinator/coach handled said adversity better.
Regardless, we’re clearly adding to the defense.

Glad you agree.
We move on.

How'd the defense do in that game in total?
550 yards, 36 points, 1 forced punt.
What did Atlanta average per game?
370 yards and 23 points.
Now I'm no mathematician but those numbers I thiiiiink are lower.
Oh but don't worry it's Coen and the offense dropping 30... It's their fault.
Not the defense that got 2 stops all game and gave up massive production.

The defense is the problem all season but it’s true that the offense choked away a chance to win on the Atlanta game and the playoff game.
it’s a team sport and football is situational. Every offensive player on the Bucs - and especially Barton, Irving Mayfield and McMillan- would acknowledge the offenses role in those losses.
and most of the posters here would call it meaningless “player speak”
:-)
we’re clearly adding to the defense.
Ya think?
Next Gen (aka "some guy's stats") team needs
"The defense will be the Buccaneers’ focus this offseason, as Todd Bowles looks to build on their late momentum and return that side of the ball to his high standard. They have depth concerns, starting with the fact that they no longer have any linebackers of note on the roster. Franchise legend and consummate leader Lavonte David is set to hit free agency at age 35. Last season, David played a team-high 96.6% of defensive snaps in the blitz-heavy scheme and recorded 23 quick pressures to lead all off-ball linebackers. (EDITOR'S UPDATE: David is returning to Tampa Bay on a one-year, $10 million deal.)The secondary struggled with consistency while dealing with constant lineup changes outside of CB Zyon McCollum; Tampa Bay ultimately allowed the fourth-most passing yards (4,147) and the sixth-highest passing success rate (47.9%) last season."
