Well call the Fritz Pollard Alliance, the NFL has achived parity as mediocre black coaches get recycled just like mediocre white coaches.

Caldwell has won 26 games as head coach in the NFL. Of course 24 of those were with Peyton Manning at QB.He got fired after a 2-14 season in Indy. Went to Baltimore to be the QB coach for Flacco. They won the Super Bowl. He got elevated to O.C. and the Ravens this year finished 29th in the league in offense.The Lions seemed like they were desperate to hire ANYONE with HC experience.
