I am going to do a brief overview of the holes on the Bucs roster utilizing ourlads depth chart. This depth chart is unofficial and by no means associated with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, so lets begin.

http://www.ourlads.com/nfldepthcharts/depthchart/TB

QB: There is a clear starter (Winston!) and two QB's with upside. What is unclear is if either one can emerge as a true #2 QB as both have proven thus far to be #3 QB's. Probability Bucs draft a QB...50%

RB: Bucs appear to be returning their dynamic duo of Martin/Sims. But behind them the Bucs have RB's they like a lot in Rodgers, Barber, Blake Sims, and Hansbrough. In other words, the Bucs have a lot of jags that haven't emerged yet. Probability Bucs draft a RB...75%.

WR: The team has a true #1 and #2 that is a #1 on many other NFL teams. Bucs have a competent slot WR in Humphries and return/st specialists in Reedy and Huff. Lack of depth is a huge hole if either starter goes down. Probability Bucs draft a WR....99%.

TE: Bucs don't have a true two way TE. Probability Bucs draft a Te....75%.

OL: Sweazy returns, and Marpet moving to center means, that, Benonch becomes the backup interior guy along with E. Smith, and Wester the backup swing OT. Probability Bucs draft an OL....25%

DL: Bucs have 4 LDE prospects but only three true RDE prospects. Defensive tackle depth relies on McDonald staying healthy as Siliga is only a situational DT. Gholston could fill in at a moments notice, but he is slated as a starter at LDE. Probability Bucs draft a DL....50%

LB: Two capable starters but with unknowns backing them up and a question mark at SAM. Probability Bucs draft a LB....75%.

CB: When Adjei and Riggs are your 5th and 6th (Don't forget Ryan Smith is a CB now!) CB's on paper that is pretty good depth. Drafting a CB so Hargreaves can play more nickel though isn't out of the question. Probability the Bucs draft a CB....33%

S: Three capable starters but all of them over the age of 25 (Wilcox is 26?) and with Tandy and Conte approaching 30 years of age within two years. Bucs need a young stud to train and develop under the age of 25.

Probability the Bucs draft a S....75%.
