2024 CAR rushing yds 18th @ 110.5/game
Marginal improvement.
To your point, the Bucs went from 3.6 ypc in 2023 to 5.3 ypc in 2024
The Panthers also improved but only from 4.0 in 2023 to 4.6 in 2024
And I think that the Panthers got two new Gs in FA.
Some of that is 4:00 offense, but still.

I don't think Goodwin or Gilbert were that huge of a loss:
2023 TB Rushing: 32nd in the NFL @ 88.8 YPG
2024 TB Rushing: 4th in the NFL @ 149.2 YPG
For sure Kevin Carberry made this line nastier, this staff i like a lot, a lot of pushing for yards especially in a pile. A good Oline coach is the OC's best friend.
