Ever since Jameis returned from injury it seems like the objective - at least among the key players on the team - has been start fast, compete hard throughout, and roll over at the very end.

No better evidence of that then Baker jumping offsides yesterday on the 4th down play almost to ensure that the panthers closed the game out.

It's like we're treating each game as a glorified practice. We're telling teams 'we could win if we wanted to, but go ahead and have this one".

The only question is why?
Did we just figure 'out of the playoffs so we might as well tank for a top pick' or is this an inside job by Jameis, Gruden, etc. to get the coaching staff axed without any media backlash hitting the Glazers.

Jameis' antics yesterday at the end certainly indicated someone putting on an act so no one would suspect that he is losing with intent.

Is it really that farfetched to think this team is purposely losing these games? Is it too crazy to believe that Gruden has been in Winston's ear for most of this season, maybe longer?

2014 tank for Winston.
2017 tank for Gruden.
