Louis Murphy???

Am I missing some info on Louis Murphy? My understanding was that he had ACL surgery 2 months ago and was walking and rehabbing within a few days according to JoeBucsFan. He signed a 3 year extension a year ago. Is he not expected to be back in 2016? If we restructure Jackson's contract, that would give us Evans, Jackson, Murphy as primaries and Bell and Humphries as back-ups, with Shephard as extra. I see all these posts referring to our need for a receiver which I understand if we lose Jackson. But if we resign him that's a different story.
