It's a tough call for Dallas. Blocking an employee from a great opportunity can backfire. You don't want a disgruntled coach -- or a retired one.

So I guess if they block him, they are a$$holes, and if they don't, they lose arguably their best coach. Major dilemma.
They gain not letting employees bully them into letting them out of contracts. I hope the Cowboys do let him come here, but because he's not in their plans, not because of some silly ultimatum.

There was one night, late, here on the Red Board where a guy (probably a bot) came in and posted a bunch of SPAM threads with the user name "Pape Swalpek". They'd get removed and he'd repost them again. So every time he posted a new SPAM thread, I posted that "SWALPEK!" image I made using the vampire girl from "Fright Night".
