All he cares is if the player is being productive, and if so, that player will get an opportunity. Tampa Bay has had 13 non-drafted players start at least one game this season. Jude Adjei-Barimah began the season on the practice squad before starting the past four games at cornerback. Linebacker Danny Lansanah is a two-year starter and can play all three positions, and Russell Shepard is a premier special-teams player who also is a reserve receiver. Here are a few other top guys:Safety Bradley McDougald, who has started all 12 games this season. A third-year pro, McDougald has a combination of coverage skills and hitting ability. He started the last five games of the 2014 season and has become a solid two-way safety for the Buccaneers.Defensive end Jacquies Smith is the type of rush end his coach has always loved, a bit undersized but fast. Smith is second on the team with six sacks this year after having 6.5 in just seven starts in 2014. He's battling a hamstring injury, which forced him to miss Sunday's game against Atlanta and makes him doubtful for this week's game against New Orleans.Fifth-year cornerback Sterling Moore started the year as a nickel cornerback but has started the past five games at outside corner. He leads the team's cornerbacks with six pass breakups to go with one interception and three forced fumbles, which is tied for the team lead.
