There are many on this board who want Lovie gone and honestly I'm on the fence. I'm not confident that Lovie will have a winning season no matter what off season players we acquire. I also don't want to change coaches so early in Winstons career, especially since Jameis seems to really respect Lovie and genuinely like him.Lovie, Please listen to me! Your defense is old and the Tampa 2 has been solved for the last 10+ years, I think the last Tampa 2 defense to win a Superbowl were the Colts in 2006. Lovie you are so lucky that right now when you look to see who's available, you will see Jim Schartz is available to come in and coach defense for you. Then in a little bit Mario Williams will be available either for pennies on the doller via trade or the Bills will flat out cut him. He is not suited to play in a 3-4 defense and he prefers to play in a 4-3. Just 2 years ago he thrived under Schwartz with the Bills and he can do that again here with the Bucs. Lovie, you can stay as the calming head coach but please have someone come in here to coach the defense that has some fire! PLEASE!!!
