I watched the whole PC and it got me excited for Coach Smith. He is calm and direct. You can sense his intensity and love of football, even if he doesn't jump out at you with overt enthusiasm like Gruden and Raheem did.He said something in his PC about making your players feel like you have a plan, and he's good at exuding that confidence. I'm stoked right now.
It's gonna be amazing having all these old Bucs coming in and helping instill the type of demeanor and class and physicality that these young Bucs need.
