he mentioned having guys like Penn Nicks and Joseph that will be important on the OL, i really didn't have a problem with this because that reassured me Nicks wasn't going anywhere and that makes me happy. Nicks is a top OL when heathy
Yeah that was a good presser. Lovie has that calm and cool demeanor that just oozes confidence, but at the same time you can tell he doesn't take sh1t from anyone. This team will be a force going into next season and beyond. It was very cool seeing and hearing that McCoy and Glennon were both there and working.

I am not going to read too much into personnel until he has his coaching staff assembled and they really begin breaking down the tape and understand what type of scheme they will run on both side of the ball.
I'm not a huge fan of Davin's recent play, but his strength has always been blocking in space. If Tedford's system has the guards pulling a bunch (which I think it does) I would imagine Devin is kept on the roster.
It was an introductory press conference he's not going to box himself into anything. He kept all personnel talk generic in nature and spoke in general terms. **Except the part when he said Glennon is definitely out and Bortles is definitely in.

sorry i know I'm beating dead horse here but just re-watched the PC and realized that Lovie is a very smart man and knows whats he's talking about. Reading between the lines when asked about the pieces he already has here on Offense he replied by saying that Glennon is solid along with a great RB in Martin, WRs Vjax and MW19 will be involved in the offensive game plan cuz of they're playmakers. Whats jumping out at me is that he didn't mention TU11 or TW81 as well as Zuttah and Dotson. this could be really bad for some of those guys IMO. btw Zuttah and Penn might be the weakest links on the OL

Dotson is not going anywhere. He is ready to take over at LT at anytime and was our best lineman this year.
He's not going to rush in and make any quick decisions. Once he gets a gm he will get to the personnel.
