If I'm counting right, the only one of Lovie's ex-Bears remaining on the roster is Josh McCown. He certainly didn't seem to show any favoritism towards his ex-Bears when cutdown time came. Sometimes a coach wants a smattering of guys in TC he KNOWS will work their butts off... As best I can figure the only reason Cousins is here is he's regarded as a good athlete and a hard worker. That's a good thing to have in TC. But, as many have noted, he's not the greatest as an O'lineman ::). Hadn't realized he's had experience as a T in college... IMO, with Mankins now here, Cousins has become redundant as that veteran, hard-working guy.
