I think Tedford is an innovative offensive mind that can get the best out of his talent. He puts his QB's in a position to succeed, which is exactly what we need given that Glennon is a guy with obvious flaws, or if we were to draft a QB and needed him to play early.

No Boid. Lovie basically fired Ron Rivera the year after the Bears were in the Super Bowl because Rivera was getting too much credit for the defense when he was coordinator. And Lovie did it when most of the head coaching jobs were filled leaving Rivera having to take the LB coach job in San Diego. If Lovie gets the Bucs job, should make Bucs-Panthers games much more interesting!
