Maybe I'm in the minority, but I think what Lovie is doing as far as the QB situation makes sense. For the past 3 seasons, the bucs have always underachieved, according to fans and other media pundits. Lovie is banking on the fact that he could field a great defense (which is a safe bet considering his resume and the talent on defense) and special team unit. He looked at what Glennon did last year, and saw that it was good considering the circumstances, but not good enough to win the superbowl. But instead of throwing a pretty good prospect and building block out the window, he has rebuilt the O Line and brought in a veteran QB fresh off his best season, surrounded him with weapons, in hopes that he can make a run at the playoffs while still devloping a rookie QB of the future who showed great promise.
