What on this guys resume makes him ready to be an NFL QB coach? This hire is a real reach. Most important position on the team and they hire one of Tedford's boys instead of finding the best coach possible. This staff is coming together quickly but I'm not sure it's a great staff. Hardy not exactly a proven guy, Tedford no NFL experience, and a few of Lovie's cronies from Chicago days. Hope it all turns out well but I'm not as optimistic as some others.

What I saw and heard was a guy who takes football and teaching VERY seriously. And he's been all over the country doing it, relating to and coaching young men in all parts of the country. If Tedford wants him, not gonna criticize the hire unless Glennon implodes...

Pretty sure that Tedford will be doing the majority of the important coaching with our QBs, as that is his specialty.
Considering a big part of his job will be giving sit-down interviews, this doesn't bode well.

Am i missing something here? What was wrong with the interview? He was being asked questions and answered. Spoke proper and sounded like a guy that knows what he wants. None of the questions were asking him to break down X's and O's, what do yall expect?

EBy that logic no-one should have any opinion on anything the team does in the off-season. I keep reading how excited people are about the coaching staff and that the team will be light years better next season. I just think it is just as likely that there are some mistakes being made, why not discuss them?
