That kid has looked like a legitimate starting caliber QB. If the Raiders were smart, they cut their losses and kick Matt Schaub to the curb. McGloin should be their starter. If they roll with Schaub and Carr and try to put McGloin on the practice squad, I really hope we snatch him up and carry three quarterbacks. He's probably better than any QB on our roster.
