I'm a little intrigued by this guy. First, I think he is a bit undersized for an ever-down back. But his versatility as a receiver and kick/punt returner might make up for his lack of value as a primary back. Assuming Cook is gone, along with Mike Williams and Corey Davis, I think McCaffery is the only player on the board with the skill set to be a true weapon for the offense. John Ross is out there as well but can he bring as much to the table as McCaffery?
Assuming all of those guys are gone and you're looking at McCaffery and Ross at 19, do you just go defense? OL is relatively weak. Pass rushers are meh. DB appears to be a strong position. Do you pass on a playmaker like McCaffery for the third or fourth best CB? Third best Safety?
