Mcdaniels just told Bucs fans:
Harbaugh over Todd stinky Bowel Movement
Hortiz over My drafts suck Jason Licht
Herbert over regressing Baker - AGREED
Omarion Hampton over Bucky
Ladd mcconkey/Keenan Allen over Egbuka/ Evans
Oronde Gadsden over Otton - AGREED
Chargers oline over Wirfs
Chargers defense over Bowles defense - AGREED
We are going to get another 1st year play caller that will be in over his head. Licht you suck and this is your last year unless Glazers wake up out their coma and get rid of you and Bowles when they figure out that you cant get any legitimate offensive coordinators to come to Tampa.
By that time all the good OCs will be gone anyway but we need to cut out the cancer immediately.
The OC position under Bowles was always plan B for the top OC candidates. Mainly because of Bowles, Licht and Mayfield.
What's with the insane Licht hate around here lately as if he is the guy who hires the coach?

Honestly, I think people run out of words to express their anger at Bowles so they just go on to Licht lol
Work as an OC under Harbaugh.
Or, work as an OC under the clown we have.
I'm sure this was an extremely difficult decision for Mike.
Or the GM of the TB Bucs has a 93-104 overall record after 12 years
For some football folks sthat shows a pattern of losing at a rate of 55%....winning at 45%
And the next years were when Brady was at QB...weird...since? regression.
Jason Licht was in the right place at the right time...ONCE in his career...now he's back to loser Jason.
It's just math
Definitely chose Justin Herbert over baker mayfield
maybe coaching played a factor but he wanted to go with the better QB
Bowles as coach and the Glazers as owners is a terrible combination, I'm glad he rejected us and I hope everyone else does the same. The Glazers chose Bowles over Canales, Coen, and Harbaugh. McDaniels no doubt saw what happened to Coen and Canales, both wanted to be head coaches but the Glazers chose Bowles, why would he think his fate would be better?
We're possibly the least desirable destination in the entire league. The Glazers have sent out the signal that winning is simply not a priority here, and Bowles sent out a signal that he absolutely will allow you to take the fall for his shortcomings as a HC, as much of our staff found out a couple of weeks ago.
We're a disaster and none of it is the least bit surprising.
as much as i dislike Bowles as our head coach, this is one i think is far fetched to blame him
Now grant it Harbaugh is a top 15 head coach versus Bowles being bottom 10 but still i think it had more to do with Justin Herbert's potential as opposed to middling had 1 great year Baker Mayfield.
Could Baker return to 2024 form? Quite possibly, but McDaniel simply taking his chances with a guy who is perceived as more talented
PS - im not a big Herbert guy myself. he had a great first 2 years in the league and hasn't really done much since; sans the smoking hot girlfriend - Madison Bear! My god. Maybe thats why McDaniel chose Chargers as well
Might be? Its hyperbolic. And honestly with all the HC vacancies, it might be a blessing in disguise to get rid of Bowels next year when 1/4 of the league isnt looking for a new HC.We're possibly the least desirable destination in the entire league.
That might be an exaggeration. Cleveland, NYJ, AZ immediately come to mind as hopeless organizations. We’re not that low (yet). And we’re certainly no worse than any of the other organizations in the NFCS.
Lolz at the emotional OP. What a complete load of shit.
If McDaniels ends up in San Diego (nothing confirmed yet) it will be a disaster. Harbaugh in San Diego is a tragedy.
What's with the insane Licht hate around here lately as if he is the guy who hires the coach?
Because some of us see the roster inefficiencies that are preventing this team from winning.
so its down to
Callahan
Robinson
Pitcher
Callahan is the ehinote guy, pass to run?
the others?

The Bucs were never going to choose Canales over Bowles. Coen maybe but that isn't a slam dunk either.
