I have to go with McElroy at this point. The Bucs have enough targets at TE, McElroy is slower but tougher, and at that depth I think you have to cut bait with the move tight end, and replace him with a better overall tight end in the depth chart (hopefully of which we shall never have to worry about).
Tough call though. Hudson is a really solid receiver, but is an obviously bad blocker even to the point of public callout.
