Offense:QB: Glennon has 8 more games to go to prove he is the guy.  Currently he has 10 TDs,  6 Ints, 1417 passing yards for 7.0 avg in 5 games started.  These numbers when projected out over 8 more games show that he may eclipse his rookie numbers but not by much.  I believe QB is a team need, however if Glennon surpasses his rookie numbers (eg he is on pace to throw more than 24 TDs) then Lovie and Licht may be inclined to stick with him in 2015. Note that Glennon's QB rating is very similar to his rookie QB rating.  He has to show improvement.LT: Cousins and Pamphille showed they can fill in if needed but are not long term starters.  Collins has to improve or this becomes top priority in the off season to address, especially if Glennon remains the QB in 2015. Guard isn't a  priority if Collins has to kick inside.  Mankins and Omameh are doing just fine IMVHO.  WR: Yup, I went there because lets face it...this offense doesn't have a guy in the slot that scares anybody. It isn't a top priority as Murphy is serviceable but an upgrade is possible.Blocking TE: Stocker is not a good inline blocker at all because his spatial awareness and ability to anticipate proper angles is so bad.  Coupled with his slow feet and it shows.  ASJ may develop but right now he is still learning the ropes and Myers is merely a stop gap.Defense:RDE: Johnson is highly likely to be flipped to the left based on what I am seeing.  Smith has been good in situational pass rushing situations but a hell razor at RDE is a must.  NCB: It hasn't been a glaring issues but an upgrade could be made here for a ballhawkS: Self explanatory as the Bucs need ballhawks and Goldshon is too costly for below average play.  Special teams:P: Koenen is too expensive for very bad results.  Self explanatory. If Lovie wants to play Buc ball he needs a punter that can boom kicks.KR/PR specialist: Cutting Patton was a mistake IMO and the Bucs really need to stop the musical chairs with the spot.
