Imagine if we could execute an effective screen pass against quick pressure.
Imagine if we had a QB that could identify rushers pre snap
Are you serious or just trolling now? Glennon is supposed to anticipate pre-snap which plays Penn gets beat like a drum on? Or which plays Davin decides to whiff on?These aren't exotic schemes. Not blitzes. They are basic four man rushes.
There were a couple sacks that came from blitzes that Glennon (or whomever was supposed to adjust for the blitz) slide the protection. Either way, Glennon has to see the blitz and get rid of the football. They weren't all four man rushes. Example: http://www.nfl.com/videos/st-louis-rams/0ap2000000303052/Rams-defense-sack-7-yd-loss
The DB sack I remember. Glennon didn't make the call on the protection. Leonard went into the middle of the Los and just got in the way while the free DB came in unblocked. I guess it's all Donald Penn's fault.

Sack 7 -Snap: 1:16:50

As I said in other threads...He didn't even have a chance. Donald Penn needs to have his discipline on this and also the whole O' line...This QB can be better with the O line have a better coaching staff...OBD
Fix the line.. The o-line fucking sucked when Freeman was in and when Glennon was in.
The O-line got worked, hard on Sunday. The needed to work in some screens to guys like Owusu or Underwood.
"We don't practice that through the week so why do it."...Schiano
Fix the line.. The o-line **CENSORED**ing sucked when Freeman was in and when Glennon was in.
Many don't want to talk about how the line sucked when freeman was QB. He just didn't get sacked as much as Glennon and that was a credit to him.
