Pettine said if the comp was close, he would prefer the leadership aspect that Hoyer brings. Good call on many levels. Better, proven QB. Veteran. Gives Manziel a chance to sit and learn before being tossed to the wolves. Manziel is clearly not ready. Yet. However, Hoyer has looked like garbage as well. Ahhhh...to be a Browns fan. Yuck!
