ReleaseAnthony CollinsSign DE Jason Pierre-Paul @10mG Mike Iupati @ 8mG Clint Boling @3mResign Lavonte David @9mDraft1 QB Jameis WinstonQB is the biggest need, especially after signing Iupati and JPP. Jameis is pro ready, and a very good QB who, at the very least, will manage the offense to near perfection behind a stout defense.  Mariota, above all, just doesn't fit our team. Jameis is the guy.2 ILB Denzel PerrymanWith Mason walking in Free Agency, we have hole at MLB. Perryman fits the bill as an athletic do-it-all ILB. He has the physicality and the ability to cover deep which is essential for our defense. He reminds me a lot of Patrick Willis of SF.3 WR Rashad GreeneJameis keeps his college teammate as the missing link in the receiving corp. Rashad can take the top off with speed to beat the safety. His route running creates separation consistently, and obviously Winston will be very comfortable checking down to him if Evans/Jackson/Jenkins aren't open. Very good rotational wideout, kind of a poor man's Steve Smith. But hey, that ain't too bad.3 S Gerod HollimonTrading Glennon in the 3rd gives us a shot at Hollimon who needs to tackle better, but has star S potential at least in terms of splash plays. Int machine, and very instinctive. Gives us solid depth at the position, could push McDougald for starting spot.4 CB Justin ColemanI'll be honest, I didn't know much about the kid until East West Shrine week, but he balled out. He stuck to everybody like glue, including the impressive Tre McBride. Plus, he shares the same name as my cousin who died in Afghanistan a few years back.5 OT Sean HickeyMany will question waiting until the 5th to draft an OT, but I think the Bucs are keeping Kevin Pamphile close to the vest. The guy got limited action but looked flawless when he played. I think the plan is to play Demar at left and Pamphile at right. That said, we do need more beef at the position. Sean Hickey should be a 3rd rounder but he will likely be available here. The Bucs seem to like him, according to reports from last week. He would compete with Pamphile for RT.5 KR Christion JonesSolid, Experienced KR. He isn't big on offense, but like Hester, he earns his keep taking kicks to the house. He's been one of the most dangerous return men over the last few years. Lovie would not hesitate to draft him here.6 OT Dan HackensteinDan is another solid OT who's draft stock is all over the board, from round 2-UDFA. If he lasts this long, we should pounce. This guy is part of a Wisconsin line that blocked for RB Melvin Gordon to pefection. May be a bit of a project but a solid depth player with starting potential.7 G/C Max GarciaEven though we signed Iupati and Boling, we need depth. Mankins is on his way to retirement, and the only depth we have is Kadeem Edwards. Max gives us depth at G and C. He has been solid for Florida, and has potential to start in a couple of years.UDFA P Kyle ChristyFB Derek WattQB Jameis Winston, Josh McCownRB Doug Martin, Charles Sims, Mike James, (udfa)FB Derek WattTE Austin Seferian Jenkins, Brandon Myers, Cameron BrateWR Mike Evans, Vincent Jackson, Rashad Greene, Louis MurphyOT Demar Dotson, Kevin Pamphile, Sean Hickey, Dan HackensteinG Mike Iupati, Logan Mankins, Clint Bolling, Kadeem Edwards, Max GarciaC Evan Dietrich Smith, Max GarciaDE Jason Pierre-Paul, Michael Johnson, Jacquise Smith, Will GholstonDT Gerald McCoy, Clint McDonald, Akeem Spence, udfaLB Lavonte David, Denzel Perryman, Danny Lansanah, Orie LemonS Dashon Goldson, Gerod Hollimon, Bradley McDougald, Major Wright, Keith TandyCB Alteraun Vernor, Jonthan Banks, Justin Coleman, Leonard Johnson, ?K Patrick MurrayP Kyle ChristyKR Christion Jones
