My hope is to be .500 going in to the bye week and get healthy.
that would be a huge disappointment
assuming the Saints are a W, that's 4 wins right there
you then are assuming losses to Seattle, 49ers, and Lions.
I want us at 6-2, 5-3 at worse case scenario
if we are 4-4, just tells me we are no different than the previous few years and a one and done type team.
i know injuries are insane but we still have a lot of pieces out there that should beat Seattle and banged up 49ers team.
I know Seattle has a good defense and it's a tough road game but we can absolutely beat Sam fucking Darnold

Of course we "could" win.
But, odds are in Seattle's favor for a reason.

It's a coin flip for me... Although losing Bucky is going shrink the playbook a little.
Time for Emmett Smith v2.0 to step up
I’ll settle for that, but I’m hoping to be 5-2 over the next 3 games.Good thing we're in a crappy division and have a 3-1 record to start. As long as we can maintain a .500 record at the bye, we will still make the offs.

I mean, the playbook is only half a page long.
Borderline Lefty territory at this point.

Lefty had the GOAT and a starting offensive line and was only 2-2 at this point. Averaging about 18ppg on the season versus 24 so far for Grizz.
That was 2022 or as you might call it "the first year I said Bowles would be fired"
:-)
Head coach Todd Bowles said that Irving has been ruled out for Week 5. Reports have indicated Irving could also miss Week 6, but the Bucs have not ruled him out for that game yet.
Rachaad White, Sean Tucker, and Josh Williams are the other backs on the Tampa depth chart.
Bowles also said that wide receiver Mike Evans will miss another game with a hamstring injury. Defensive backs Christian Izien (quad), Benjamin Morrison (hamstring), and Jamel Dean (hip) will also miss the game in Seattle.

Some things are so very predictable...

Not as bad as Tampa but Seattle’s top rusher CB and safety all injured

if Dean comes back and continues a really strong season the Bucs still have to let the guy go because he will have cemented that he's different when paid as compared to playing for $
With everything against the Bucs, it looks like our boys are headed for a defeat - and with the 16 names (Money now in doubt) on the injury report, it wouldn’t surprise me - but I won’t bet against this team.
I mean, if I bet, I wouldn’t 😎 …
