Doesn't the Irving fumble occur on the Bucs 22?

The Buc's D allowed -3 yards total in the second half of the Eagles game.

That's a cool story. You let me know when they start giving out W's based on yardage allowed in the second half.

yeah exactly.  you can fault defense if you want but depends on the agenda i suppose.  Most non-bias would suggest, not really on the defense there and crushing to the defeat.  So crushing that you take that away and Bucs have a real chance to win the game.

Same thing with the Washington playoff game.  Bucs were up 17-13 in the 4th quarter and Baker fumbles at our own 13 yard line, Washington punches in a free 7 points. we lose by 3.

We live and die by our offense so not throwing shade at them but equally cant fault defense for those plays or points.  Maybe our 2002 defense that had hall of famers all over the field but most non historically great defenses aren't handling their shit there.

Todd Bowles is who he is; nobody mistaking him for an all time great but some of you just want to blame him for everything.  Sometimes the players need to execute.  and I will 100% put it on him that our 2nd half defense has been shit 2 out of the last 3 weeks; but likewise shut down the Eagles as well.

The defense is not our strength as just look at the talent compared to the offense; but they have given us a chance to win games this year.  Let's hope that yesterday's performance isn't the new norm as yes that was their worst game of the year thus far

yeah, sayin the defense is "allowed" to get a turnover when we give them the ball at our own 22 . . .

I mean if you think they should at least hold them to a field goal that pouts 4 pts on ST, which I think was the initial point.

The thing that stand out a bot about yesterday's defensive performance is the weak run defense.  It stands out because its so uncharacteristic, so that makes me a little more willing to at least see how it goes from here.  Maybe the prior good run defense was the anomaly but its seems by history the other way around so what gives?

make it stop

Todd Bowles said McCollum had a “procedure” on the thumb this week and possibly could play Sunday, but Bowles sure sounded downtrodden and doubtful. Bowles added the injury occurred prior to Sunday’s game in Seattle.

yeah insanity.  Heard Dean has a chance to come back which would be pivotal or else we are looking at another shootout

one thing is for sure....Licht knew about injuries

think about the depth at WR and CB

Evans, Godwin, Egbuka, McMillian

Dean, McCollumn, Morrison, Parrish

i bet you he upgrades the offensive line depth in 2026 lol

Can we go one week without a significant injury to a key player?

Any word on Morrison this week?

Seems to me that at points during this 4-1, all Buc cornerbacks, and some of their backups, have missed games/parts of games due to injury - and haven’t safeties also been rolled into CB duty as well?

I thought last season was bad!? This season has been absolutely crazy for the Bucs regarding injury.

Will Izien be back to play slot or do we rotate Smith to slot?

Not ideal but better to be safe because the Bucs need Godwin for upcoming games (especially against the Saints) before the bye week.  I have full confidence in Grizzard using Tez, Miller, Shep with Egbuka

the Saints?

would argue 49ers and Lions are tougher games, no?
