If Bob Bostad is not retained as OL coach then maybe Jim Michalczik who spent a total of 13 season working with Tedford, 3 seasons with Oregon and 10 seasons at California as OL coach might be the target. Michalczik also has experience as an OL coach at the pro level with the Raiders from 2009-2010. He is the current coach offensive line coach at Arizona helping guide an OL that opens holes for star RB Ka'Deem Carey.

I told you guys. Lovie is the right man for the job. Much respected, can hire a quality staff, and can lure quality FA's. Bright days are ahead, as long as the fans give Lovie time.
THIS is the biggest difference between the Heem/Schiano era and the new Lovie era. We had such a hard time filling the staff since Gruden left. Now here we are 3 days after cleaning house, and we're quickly filling the coffers. Not to mention the players that absolutely LOVE Lovie. TB jsut became a much better FA destinagtion.

Do you have a link for that? I just assumed both made the rounds to various coaching clinics since both were unemployed and they hit it off.
