Lovie isn't getting fired, I don't want him to but those who do it's just not gonna happen, our D is looking like a normal Lovie D, the problem is the O, now I know it's how his past has been but lets look at it this way, he didn't even have his OC, who knows if the O would of looked better but having a rookie QB coach as the OC is a disaster for any team. Here is my plan to fix this team in the off-season with a few FA signings and top 3 picks in our draft and a new OC.OC: Chud, the guy knows how to run an O and worked with Cam in Carolina and Cam was looking much better than he is now.FA:Cliff Avril, not as expensive as past signings but i'm tired of the huge money guys, he will come a little cheaper and he really gets after the qb, something our big money signing Johnson hasn't done at all.James Carpenter OG, we need two new guards, Mankins needs to be cut, isn't the same anymore, beef up the middle to open up holes for our run game.Brandon Flowers CB: I love the job Banks has been doing an he looks like a future number 1 for us, Verner has been good the more he has played but every time I saw Johnson covering Green yesterday I almost had a heart attack lol, Flowers would be good to add to a young group of corners.Draft1. Marcus Mariota QB, lets face it, we NEED a QB, we haven't had a QB to get excited about since Fat free, an we all know how that ended, I look at Mariota and see more than a system QB, he has a solid arm and is very accurate. Get Chud to run the O and it will be a great fit.2.A.J. Cann OG, another guard to beef up the middle, this guy is a beast and who knows he may be gone by the end of the first round, but this is what we need to do in this off-season, the trenches.3. Derron Smith, S, Fresno St,a lot of questions in our safety spot at the end of the season, i'm sure Goldson is going to be cut, Major Wright could be brought back for cheap and our staff is very high on Mcdougald, but we need a ball hawk back there and Smith is just that, he would be a perfect fit for Lovie's D.
