My Personal Mike Glennon 180º

I was among the few who thought we had to "see what we've got" in Glennon.  No longer...Glennon just doesn't pass the eye-ball test for me.  Watched the kid very closely last night, and he just doesn't have the "it factor".He can definitely spin the pigskin, but he still needs time.  He may... may one day develop into a decent QB, but it seems pretty clear to me that Josh is the better option, unless of course we're intentionally trying to tank in order to move up in the draft.McCown still doesn't wow me, but he's obviously the better option if we're in "win now" mode.
