My ranting, drowning, ignorant questions - D FRONT 7

Hey Folks,

Please help me understand. I have been obsessed with trying to understand this new defense for three days now. I have read soooooooo many articles, but I am still confused. So, then, I have tried to ask two questions a million different ways, on many threads of this message board (trying to relate it to whatever the topic is). But, the easiest way to get at the knowledge I am craving is to ask two questions.

As the roster currently stands...

1). Who do you think are the front 7 in the base defense (please name the position and player's name)?

2). Who are front 7 in obvious passing downs (please name the position and player's name)?
