As a fan since 2001 (11), and taking a slight break from 2013-2019, I am truly eager to return and continue wear I left off.
From 2001-2012, you could say I was the "hard-core" type fan that lived and breathed Tampa football. Life happened and without necessarily wanting to, I fell away from watching (aka streaming on illegal sites) and making frequent visits to the Red Board. I live in TN and would make at least 1 game down in Tampa with my dad every year (most memorable 27-0 shutout against ATL).
That feeling you get throughout the week leading up to Sunday kickoff is one that I have missed dearly, even during the dreadful seasons that seemed to come and go interchangeably with the semi good ones that gave us hope before ultimately letting us down.
Granted, these last 5 years I have casually kept up with Tampa and watched games from time to time when on locally, but not how I once had. Of course, their performance hasn't been easy but the W/L wasn't always the defining factor of the enjoyment I get from being a fan.
The point I am trying to make is, despite getting TB12, and all the other hype surrounding, I am ecstatic to return to the front lines of Buc fandom and getting back to the glory days of Sunday afternoon football and making trips down to Tampa each year. Yes, I am looking forward to what we end up doing these next couple years, but I am even more eager to what happens after all this comes to an end, to what direction we decide to head in once TB12 is gone and all hype has dwindled. The new uniforms couldn't have come at a better time. Looking forward to getting to know the team again, inside and out, and all of you that love or hate the Bucs on any given day. ;)

P.S. I did like Jameis. I liked his ability to not be be rattled no matter the situation. It's a rare trait to be able to throw a pick 6, etc etc and come back the next series just as focused and ready to go.

Alright.. go Bucs!
