Name that Buccaneer

This is a fun and simple "Who am I" game. Whoever correctly identifies the person gets to describe the next one. Descriptions can be limited only to Bucs players, present and past. No coaches, front office personnel, or anyone else. Here goes:

I was a standout running back in college, and along with my college backfield mate, we were the only running backs from the same school ever taken in the top five of any draft. I won Rookie of the Year honors and was a pretty good running back for the Bucs when I was healthy. Healthy being the operative word.
