Honestly Our entire defense sucks the only irreplaceable guys are Mccoy, David. Solid is Verner. The players who I see is still growing are Barron and Banks, everyone else can be replaced.Our vital positions of need on defense is a RDE, CB, MLB, FSCollege players I'd like us to draft in the first 2 rounds for defense if we don't go Qb1. Fowler is a lot more raw.What I look for from RDE's is raw athletic ability that goes along with good hands which are both needed to be consistent pass rushers in this league.2. It's gonna take more than 1 year to get the ideal results we want.I can see Mason Foster as our Shelton Quarles but I just don't see him staying around long enough to learn the position, There's a reason Monte never started rookies on his defense as we can see from Dallas the Tampa 2 has a learning curve.(DE), If there is any way we can get rid of Michael Johnson and grab Justin Houston/ Brian Orakpo in free agency I'd do it in a heart beat, Johnson sucks in terms of good consistent production and I never believed he could be the guy to wreak havoc, 8M a year is ludicrous for his work, Mike Bennett is getting paid less than him.Scheme ,Personally I'd just blow up our entire scheme and find a new DC/HC with a scheme like Mike Zimmers, Schiano 4-3 blitzing more m2m.Never was a fan of Frazier's defense in Minny and Lovie is to blame.
